Change your password to access My Account and the app
The requirements for your My Account password have changed. From 10.00am on Tuesday 18 October 2022, your My Account password will need to be a minimum of 12 characters long, with a mix of upper- and lower-case letters, special characters and numbers.
• Don’t use a password that you’ve used before or that you use for other accounts
• Don’t reuse recent passwords
If you’ve already changed your password after the above date to meet the requirements, you don’t need to do anything.
